Zoo Boo Review

At Zoo Boo
In the Car

Tonight Holden, Iris, Jorie, and I went to Zoo Boo. Holden screamed the entire time he was in the car and Iris screamed most of the time she was out of the car. But they consoled each other in their time of need and held one another's hand.

Jello and Ready Whip!

So after the egg diet I went low carbs. I am actually still going low carbs. So I am on day six without sweets or even worse without bread, pasta, or pots. First my mom tells me I need to go p/u a birthday cake on Thursday for my Nana. This I don't mind except I am to be left alone with sweets? Not just any sweets but Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and apricot filling. Carrot cake is one of my weaknesses and then to add in the filling, I don't know if this is even fair to ask me. Then my husband asks me to go to the store and get him three fried pies and a couple of donuts. In all fairness he did clean the kitchen, grill out dinner for me, and do all the laundry today so he kind of deserved it. Plus we have had no sweets in the house and he is dying. Apparently I am the only one that can go buy sweets at the grocery. Then the final straw happened. My sponsor called and she fell of the wagon. She had a cereal bar and followed it down with a big bowl of cereal and MILK!!! In her defense it was Fiber One cereal (10grams of fiber) with skim milk and a Fiber One cereal bar (9 grams of fiber). I have been craving milk though. Everytime I open the fridge it looks at me and "moos", but the pitiful "moo" not that your fat "moo." I wanted to be strong, I really did but I was dying. So I told my husband I would go get his sweets. I figured I would find something I could have at the store. Well then I got to thinking about how last time my sponsor and I did low carbs we made jello shooters with rum (0 carbs), sugar free jello (0 carbs), and chocolate ready whip (less than 1 carb). Don't make fun, this was the best way we could drink, b/c you can only ave so many Michelob Ultra Lights before the carbs start adding up. I'm at the store, I grab my husband's stuff, some sugar free jello, and go to get the ready whip. NO CHOCOLATE READY WHIP !!! What the hell??? I looked all over and it wasn't like I was at Neighborhood Wal-Mart, I was at Schnucks. Schnuck has everything. I am still disappointed in that. Oh, I grabbed the regular ready whip. Came home, pour out the jello and cut it into pieces then topped it with ready whip. I had an orgasm in my mouth. I had never tasted something so good before. My husband waved his donut in my face and I could have cared less. Of course this was all due to the 6 days without sweets but still I didn't know jello and ready whip could ever be so good. Just some more ideas for you low carbers or diabetics.

Egg Diet Part II

By the end of day two I was craving sweets so bad. I needed something if I was going to make it any longer so I called my sponsor (aka my friend egg dieting with me) and she told me about Mock Danish. I bet that's a new one for most of yall too. I don't really know how good it is but I loved it that night. Very simple to make, few ingredients, and only take about two minutes.
1 Egg
1 tbsp Splenda
2 oz Cream Cheese
Soften cream cheese in microwave for about 20 seconds, stir in egg and splenda, microwave for another minute and a half. It was delightful after only eggs.
Anyways, all in all the egg diet worked out well. Grand total 6lbs three days! Not bad at all. Maybe I should just do that once a week but for only two days and eat healthy in between. Or maybe I should get off my fat butt and exercise. Either way, it is a good starter diet or if you need to just loose a few pounds (but who only needs to loose a few?) My next plan.......LOW CARBS - ADKINS STYLE!

The Egg Diet

So as I bitched to my friend the other night about being fat, yet again. (If I exercised as much as I bitched I would be skinny by now, but I won't, hence the eggs.) We went on and on about how hard it is to lose weight. It never use to be like this. If we tried we could always do it. Have we reached that point in our life where we have to exercise and eat right? Guess so. Damn we are only 25 I thought your metabolism didn't start really slowing down till 30. Of course we both blame it on our babies. People are right when they say after baby your body won't ever be the same. I know your thinking, "Isn't your baby 7 months old now." And my answer to you is @*&%$# YOU!!! Hell my friend's baby is 18 months and I still believe her when she says it' the baby fat. (We are in denial together and that's all that matters. Although me more than her b/c at least she has lost some weight.) Okay, back to my egg diet. So we need a quick way to lose weight, ya know a jump start. One that doesn't involve diet pills b/c they are $2.00/pill. (I think street drugs are cheaper than that.) So my friend says, "ya know you can lose five pounds in three days by eating only eggs. As unappealing as eggs sound I could do anything for three days. This diet works, OMG it works!!!!! By day 2 and 1/2 I was down 4lbs and that was weighing in the middle of the day and I had to pee. Can't wait till tomorrow. I will weigh myself first thing in the morning after I pee but before I drink or eat anything. Now I know you are thinking, "nothing but eggs?" Well, mostly. For example, today I had three scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa for breakfast with coffee with Splenda to sweeten. For lunch I had egg salad, and for dinner spinach and feta quiche without the crust. I will update you all Sunday with total number of pounds lost. But I highly recommend this for a jump start into losing weight.
